We’re now hiring a Sales & Marketing Director to further drive the agency growth and successes.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the CEO, the Sales and Marketing Director will be crucial in driving future victories. Part of a strong senior management team, this role is directly responsible for generating, nurturing and closing new business. Empowered with the tools and resources, you will work in close collaboration with the Client Services and Delivery teams. Accountable for the agency brand and tone of voice, you’ll continue to successfully raise the profile of the agency and target audiences through communication, marketing and engagement. Creative at heart, your enthusiasm will be infectious, you’ll be skilled in turning ideas into measurable results, bringing vibrancy to mundane tasks.

With strong commercial acumen, you’ll be confident in presenting and on-stage speaking. You’ll represent the agency both to the Digital market and with clients. Your strong knowledge of search marketing and industry needs will maximise your success in networking and building new relationships with industry peers and potential clients.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • 4+ years’ experience in a relevant B2B marketing role including at least 2 years working in new business sales or account management
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box
  • Unafraid to experiment and challenge long-standing strategies
  • Target driven in your work with strong numerical skills
  • Rock solid presentation and communication skills
  • Tenacious, driven and positive in your approach
