Our Sussex based client is a British fashion retailer of luxury menswear based in a village just outside Brighton. This family-run business prides themselves in placing the customer at the heart of everything they do. With a heritage in fashion retail casting back 60 years, this company was established in 2003 as a traditional catalogue for menswear and has evolved to a premium online retailer with US and UK websites. Focused on leveraging their online operations, we are hiring a PPC / Search Marketing Manager.

THE ROLE 

Reporting to the Marketing Director, as PPC / Search Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management and optimisation of high spending PPC campaigns for the UK and US audiences. You will be the most experienced digital marketer in the team and play a significant role in the development of the online strategy. Through careful planning, creation, management and reporting you will be directly responsible for the setup and delivery of paid media campaigns and delivering growth to the brands newly launched US campaign. You will have skills in collecting, reporting and reacting to campaign performance data and competitor reviews.

Using your skills in search marketing, you will optimise merchandise for PPC and SEO channels while staying ahead of the curve with competitor activity and industry trends. This role has the opportunity for a senior applicant or a junior – but most importantly are the fundamental Paid Media skills and longevity in the business.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL 

  • 3+ years executing Paid Search campaigns (incl. Google AdWords, Bing Ads)
  • Strong Google AdWords skills from setup and management
  • Highly analytical mind with skills in Excel and data reporting
  • Evidence of delivering strong KPI’s for Paid Search – ROI, CPA, CTR, Quality Score…
  • Google AdWords & Analytics certification would be a bonus
  • Previous experience of managing budgets and commercial understanding
  • Highly organised with pixel-level attention to detail
  • A proactive problem solver able to work collaboratively
