Do you bring success in developing and delivering sales strategy? Managing the sales process from initial lead through to closing the deal for exceptional website design, build and marketing services?

Proud of their legacy in delivering bespoke websites with engaging copy, branding and marketing campaigns which get their clients noticed, our client is a Brighton based agency founded in a hub of creativity and innovation in 2007.  They have a portfolio of clients who are the crème de la crème of the locality as well as larger clients like Universal Studios. We’re now hiring a Head of Sales to work with the Founder, if however, a great Business Development Manager presents themselves, we would consider this hire as a positive long-term investment for the business.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Founder as Head of Sales, you’ll be responsible for managing the full sales process, maintaining the lead generation system, new customer acquisition, revenue and profitability and managing the sales pipeline. Initially, with the support of the Founder, you’ll win the pitch and proposal process, winning new business and managing contractual negotiations with clients.

In this role you’ll also monitor digital trends and run online campaigns to attract new business as well as attending industry conferences, speaking at events and networking to raise the agency’s profile.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • 6+ strong years’ in over delivering on sales targets
  • A primary focus on new business delivery and driving sales funnel
  • Solid in-depth knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and creative design sales
  • Proven track record of winning new business in an agency environment
  • Able to draw upon sales experience and unafraid of bringing new ideas to the table
  • Highly self-motivated yet collaborative in your approach
  • A drive to work in a vibrant, team-focused and results-driven office.

Your sales pitch to clients will be made easier with this agency’s irrefutable portfolio of quality client work including Wired Sussex, Drusillas Park, Visit Britain, Jeremy Paxman and more. As Head of Sales, you’ll need to secure sales deals yourself but longer-term put in place the strategic vision for agency sales.
