THE ROLE

Reporting to the Head of Client Services, as Client Services Snr Account Manager you will be responsible for developing and delivering industry-leading organic digital campaigns. You will be nurturing client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and ensuring the communication and campaign delivery is flawless. Taking ownership of your account performance, you’ll be forward thinking in your approach, understand the client’s business intimately, cross and up-selling capabilities and ensuring appropriate action is applied at all times.

It’s essential you bring a working knowledge of and keep ahead of the latest updates across SEO, content marketing, web design, analytics, CRO UX etc. and how these can impact client business goals and performance. It’s essential your communication skills are strong and you have a collaborative style of work with both internal and client stakeholders.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • 4+ years’ experience and a track record of nurturing strong client relationships
  • Able to demonstrate strategic marketing experience
  • Highly self-motivated and organised with a natural willingness to work independently
  • Meticulous attention to detail throughout your work
  • Aspirations to make an impact in the industry
  • Ability to confidently cross and up-sell the agency’s service offering
  • Collaborative communication style, with regular reporting
  • Paid media experience would be a bonus but is not essential
