Our client is a Berkshire based integrated Digital Agency focused on increasing online sales and influencing brand perceptions through Website Design and Digital Marketing tactics including PPC, SEO, Digital PR and Social Media. With exciting enterprise clients across Retail, Fashion, Sports, Financial Services and more, we’re expanding the client services team and hiring an Account Manager.

THE ROLE

Reporting to Head of Client Services, as Account Manager you will own your portfolio of client relationships, taking responsibility for client satisfaction and ensuring needs are met. With a range of Tier 1 and Tier 2 / 3 accounts, you will be involved in the full client process from onboarding, devising strategy, liaising with clients and identifying new opportunities for business growth.

It’s essential you’re empathetic and you’ll get your buzz from being your client’s trusted turn-to Account Manager. You’ll have a strong work ethic and enjoy meeting and exceeding client targets. Bringing some Account Management experience, you’ll still be keen to progress your skills and take onboard self-development and training.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • 2-3 years’ experience in an agency Account management role
  • A good working knowledge of the digital marketing landscape including SEO, PPC, Content and Analytics
  • Strong organisational skills but easy to be adapted as you have a flexible approach
  • High standard of communication skills both on the phone and in writing
  • Self-driven and confident, able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to take ownership of your role and ongoing projects
