Senior Marketing Manager of Integrated Campaign Creation 

A global brand, already situated across 47 countries, is repositioning its place in the mobile industry. With a head office in London, conveniently located near Paddington station, there is an entrepreneurial, multicultural environment with a well reputed leadership team. Bringing ambitions of a start-up, this business now has energy and nimbleness with a heritage of a global corporation. Already with established creative media agency relationships in place, we are hiring a Senior Marketing Manager into this London based global team to drive the integrated campaign planning and execution.

The company is focused on providing the world with new, exciting mobile technology & your role will ensure the creation of effective, global marketing campaigns.


As Senior Marketing Manager, reporting into Global Director of Brand and Campaigns, you will own the creative agency relationships, taking ownership of the day to day planning and execution of integrated campaigns. Working collaboratively, across the brand’s entire portfolio, and carrying out the management of the brands global creative agency partners.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced creative agency professional to take their knowledge and experience to the other side of the industry. To own an innovative brand’s campaign delivery, ensuring agency delivery is on time and delivering above and beyond expectation. You will have the knack for delivering phenomenal campaigns in complex and relentless timescales as this brand launches waves of exciting new products as the challenger brand. In order to produce ground-breaking, global marketing campaigns, you will be very comfortable working globally, with teams including Product Marketing, PR, Digital, regional teams & agencies.  You will have a talent for getting the best out of people, ensuring effective creative budget setup and management, staying on top of agency KPI’s, ensuring all stakeholders aligned for campaign execution, maximising efficiencies. This is an exciting opportunity to “own” the integrated campaign process for an exciting brand.


>>7+ years’ experience in Global Marketing, ideally from a Top10 Creative Agency or highly Digital brand

>>Ability to display outstanding project management skills of complex campaign delivery with international stakeholders

>>Strong experience in measuring KPI’s

>>Ability to manage and ensure each team in aligned in the campaign planning & execution

>>Display an ability to make decisions backed up by relevant insight

>>Rock solid attention to detail

>>Outstanding communication skills, both written & verbal

>>Willing to travel 10-15% of the time
