Operating in both the USA and UK, this American Nasdaq listed company has experienced year on year growth assisted by international acquisitions. With a wide client portfolio including global enterprise clients like Oxford University Press, George Best Belfast City Airport, Regus and more, they are expanding their global marketing team in hiring an experienced marketing professional into their London based office.


As the EMEA Segment & Demand Marketing Director, you will use your experience in marketing automation, campaign development and Digital Marketing platforms to drive the business results which reach revenue and pipeline goals. You will work closely with other marketing leaders, driving the Go-to-Market strategy and execution of the brand’s target sales targets and deliver measurable results. This role also works with sales, content marketing, customer and product marketing in order to build tools and programs which improve overall business performance and efficiency.

It is expected that you bring with you a deep understanding of buyers and markets along with previous experience in B2B demand generation / segment marketing as this role has a substantial impact on the business as a whole. You will bring an understanding of the competitive market landscape and will influence the Sales team to win.

You’ll be able to create and drive the brand’s content strategies, ensuring potential and existing customers are attracted by compelling content; utilising real customer stories from the Customer Marketing team in addition to market intelligence.  In addition, bringing your proven successes in SaaS, Tech or Software marketing is essential


>>6+ years’ experience in demand generation, preferably in a SaaS environment

>>Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing plans which drive increased customer acquisition

>>Desire to work in a fast-paced, high growth business demanding the ability to adapt, own and drive initiatives.

>>Strong verbal, analytical and written communication skills

>>Able to thrive in a flexible, dynamic work environment moving seamlessly between strategy and execution

>>Skilled problem solver with an ability to make critical decisions and develop business plans

>>Strong leadership skills with an ability to work with teams across varying business levels

>>Track record of creating pipeline and driving demand

>>Ability to carry out and analyse market & competitor research

>>An MBA from well-regarded institution would be a plus
