Dedicated to staying ahead of the curve, they are currently expanding their London office by bolstering their EMEA team. Thus, they are looking to hire a Paid Social Activation Director to deliver category-defining services for one of their fast-growing accounts in the FMCG space.


Reporting to Head of Paid Social, you will drive the end-to-end delivery of highly effective Paid Social campaigns. This includes managing the overall account, building strong relationships with clients, working with client teams in defining strategic roadmaps and delivering on time and to budget. You will play a key role in advising both clients and prospects, as well as identifying opportunities for technological innovation and improvement of campaigns. It is important you can establish yourself as a figurehead for paid social, being the go-to source for all channel knowledge and a highly-tuned awareness of industry trends.

A central aspect to the role of Paid Social Activation Director will be people management, as you look to inspire and develop a driven team of digital professionals. You will champion positive change and continually monitor their performance, looking to optimise their skillset as to deliver the most effective campaigns for clients. Joining as Paid Social Activation Director, you will be fully supported by the senior management team whilst being expected to lead a team of highly passionate digital professionals and execute exceptional paid social campaigns for key client accounts.


>>5+ years’ experience within Paid Social and Biddable roles, with a passion to stay abreast of industry trends, technology and best practice

>>Highly capable individual, passionate about digital media and desire to be at the cutting edge of online advertising

>>Demonstrable track record of leadership and business growth, ideally within an agency environment

>>Strong analytical skills, able to analyse and draw conclusions from data and comfortable presenting quantitative information in a client context

>>Able to lead and develop a team, with honed skills in team building and relationship management
