Head of Media 

A global brand is reinventing its approach to mobile technology, already positioned in 47 countries this role is centred in the London office, located near Paddington. With an entrepreneurial, multicultural environment, enviable leadership and ambitions of a start-up, this business brings with it the contradiction of nimbleness and heritage of a global corporation. Already with established creative media agency relationships in place, we are hiring a Global Head of Media into this London office.

The company is focused on providing the world with new, exciting mobile technology; your role will ensure best utilisation of their multimillion pound annual media spend.


Situated within the Global Brand & Campaign team, as Global Head of Media you will champion the Media function throughout this company in parallel with managing all global media agency relationships on both a day to day and strategic level. You will be directly responsible for media planning and buying (e.g. investments in Social Media platforms, Spotify, Game Consoles and more) as well as the monitoring of those media campaigns.

To deliver impactful media investments you will supervise the advanced analytics across global and multi-regional platforms, be upto date and able to utilise competitor and consumer insights; your ability to drive and get the most out of 3rd party relationships will be impactful in terms of service levels against your own expectations.


>>7+ years’ experience of working in large global Media Agencies with core skills in digital media planning / buying

>>Ability to adapt in multicultural environments, in matrix management structure

>>Fluent in key performance indicators, proficient in real time analytics with core comprehension of ad-tech solutions, optimising media investments (incl remarketing) and media audit creds

>>Credible experience in managing multimillion pound media spend budgets

>>Pixel-level attention to detail and strong organisational skills, self-motivated and confident autonomous working

>>Desire, passion and energy to succeed with ability to prioritise activity and achieve buy-in from stakeholders

>>Excellent communication, both written & verbal with the ability to present key indicators as a priority

>>Willing to travel internationally (20% of the time)
