With American headquarters, this global brand is hiring into the regional EMEA Marketing team with 2 Digital Marketing Specialists (one permanent and one 12month interim/fixed term contract) into their Crawley based office.


Reporting to the EMEA Marketing Director, the role is an empowered, flexible home / office working, self driven role. Whilst these roles have scope for you to grow, it is important you have enough experience to be able to take a brief, suggest improvements or best practice (without having to be asked). It is then important be able to execute, creating the assets. This may mean making an email, a landing page, designing graphics, creating or adapting a document and more.

You will be supporting local stakeholders in delivering best practice, owning each project. For instance, for an EMEA campaign you will be able to create the high level plan and expectation, perhaps even source a 3rd party to deliver, then chase the team member for input to ensure it’s executed on time. Upon delivery, you will ensure reports are compiled and processes adhered to throughout.

It is essential you are methodical, yet creative. A completer / finisher and able to work under your own initiative. You will be greatly supported but it is expected you are confident and competent working autonomously.


>>Good design skills in at least one or two Adobe programmes (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

>>Bring at least some web experience – a foundation of experience of HTML/CSS from which you can grow. Eventually confident enough to be able to build landing pages and websites from scratch if needed.

>>Some demonstrable experience that they can review and write copy, recognise flaws in assets such as emailers, landing pages (as in, can see if information is missing or not told in the right way, even without knowing the industry)

>>Confidence to make suggestion / revisions to assets, practices or campaign direction without needing someone else’s guidance.

>>Demonstrable experience in a B2B commercial background

>> Create content skills, an understanding how to take a boring story and turn it into something visual – infographics and data visualisation

>> Numerical and good with data - Excel skills enough to be able to process contact lists and other data sources. Don’t have to be an expert but if you know Vlookups and other list comparing tools and functions, this would be beneficial.

>>Additional advantage to bring skills in SEO, Analytics, Social Media, Video, etc.
